Olivia is a dedicated Client Service Officer who brings a unique perspective to client relations, drawing on diverse experience within DP Wealth Advisory to deliver exceptional service.
She began with our firm in 2022 as a Receptionist, a role that provided her with a strong understanding of the business and client needs. This foundation has helped her excel in her current position, where she supports advisers and their clients by addressing queries, managing account details, and coordinating services to ensure a seamless experience.
Known for her organisational skills, attention to detail, and genuine passion for client satisfaction, she plays an important role in helping clients feel informed and supported.
Outside of work, she is actively involved in netball as a player, umpire, and committee member, and enjoys being part of the sport both on and off the court.
